February Happy Planner Designs

Welcome back!

The fun continues this month with lots of color! The majority of the stickers for the spread below came from the Flowers sticker pack. Generally speaking I’m not a ‘flower’ type of gal, but I LOVE LOVE LOVE the color palate within the flowers I chose for this spread.  It was enjoyable to look at and because I did so often, I was able to get a lot accomplished this week. Even though I used quite a few stickers, I still had plenty of space to write on so this format is definitely working for me. A couple weeks after I created this spread, the The Happy Planner announced their Bloom Box, which contains 2 Flower and 2 Gardening sticker packs as well as a sticker book storage box. Of course, I had to have those so I ordered them and I can’t wait to get them! Nevertheless, another flower spread will be in the not to distant future. 🌷

For the week of the 10th I stuck with the floral theme, although I think that may have been a coincidence. I also toned down the color a bit and went back to some rose gold foils. Added in some black and a dash of pink. I wasn’t sure if I was going to do a Valentine theme for the week, but decided to just put a few hearts on the 14th and leave it at that. We’re not big into celebrating that day anyway. The coffee quote was the perfect addition for the space on Monday and at the time of this writing, this spread was my most liked post on Instagram for the month of February. I guess there were many that felt the same way about coffee and Mondays. ☕️

Next up… it was time to brighten things up again. Not only with the color Yellow, but also with a “When life gives you lemons, make lemonade” mentality. When I created this spread we were in the midst of a very long stretch of gloomy weather days and hadn’t seen the sunshine in a of couple weeks. 🍋

To round out the month, I broke out the black again, but this time I accented with a burgundy red. The pre-printed planner pages already had flowers along the center, but I added more because I thought they were so pretty and it gave me a way to add more black in a subtle way.

and…that’s wrap for February! Looking ahead to March, I know I’ll be doing a Farmhouse spread soon because I came across some really cute stickers and shiplap looking card stock. I’m thinking that in order to incorporate the shiplap paper, I’m going to have to do a major redesign of the spread. I’ll link to it when I have it completed! Stay tuned!

** April Update: Yes it took me until April to decide what to do 😂…here’s the Farmhouse spread.

In the meantime, thanks for stopping by….now go have a productive day! ✅
